Good museum visits fill up weeks ahead and the great ones go first. Below: the 5 to book early, what each includes and how they differ.

At Tam Coc Museum, guides such as Trang explain rice farming through live husking, pounding, and grinding demonstrations. You can try old tools, meet local farmer Khoa, then make a colored-rice mosaic with artisan help. The 90-minute visit includes a wooden frame, certificate, and museum entry.
